Dinner at the Castle (Kilkea Castle Ireland)

One of our best meals on our recent Ireland trip was at Kilkea Castle (located near Waterford and Kilkenny. We had the 24 hour Irish Beef with Carrots which had such an amazing flavor, then we topped it off with the apple tart and vanilla ice-cream.
